AP World History Textbook
  1. Go to  https://cobbcountyschools.vstbridge.com/#/collection
  2. Click on the picture of the E-Text of The Earth and Its Peoples.
  3. Click on the Table of Contents icon.
  4. Use the scroll and the arrows to navigate up and down pages and to turn pages.


Khan Academy
Khan Academy assignments are correlated to the content of the material we are studying in class.  You will receive a Khan Academy grade at the end of each unit, but you MUST meet all deadlines within the program in order to receive credit.  In most cases, you will have Khan Academy homework every night.  Feel free to work ahead of deadlines!
  1. Go to www.khanacademy.org
  2. Sign up and create your email and password.
  3. Click the Coaches tab in your profile or go to www.khanacademy.org/coaches.
  4. In the “Join a class” field, enter the class code VHVBN3KM.  You will be enrolled in Humanities 2018-19.
  5. Click the Home tab.  You will see assignments to complete there.  Start learning!
 
 
Turn It In
Every essay you write will be submitted to Turn It In for plagiarism check and for evaluation.  You will receive feedback and your score for the essay within the program.
 
  1. Go to www.turnitin.com.
  2. Click on CREATE ACCOUNT at the top of the homepage.
  3. Scroll down under Create Account and choose STUDENT
  4. Use the following class ID and an enrollment password.
    1. class ID: 17977263 enrollment password: human1819
  5. Fill in the remaining account questions and click submit.
  6. Your class will show up on your homepage. Click on the name of your class to open your class portfolio.
 
 
Get A Five
For each period, if you finish the Get A Five videos, lessons, and quizzes for that period prior to test day, you will receive extra credit on the test.  Feel free to work ahead of deadlines!
 
  1. Visit www.getafive.com and click on "I'm a student".
  2. On the students page, choose "AP World History".
  3. On the AP World History page, click on the "Enroll now" button.
  4. Create an account or log in if you're already signed up.
  5. You're now in your personal Study Room.
  6. Click on the "Join a Class" tab on the left and enter this code: LLPME9Q

SpringBoard Online LITERATURE Textbook
  1. Go to https://clever.com/in/cobb 
  2. Your User Name is your first initial and last name, ie. statum.  *Sometimes there is a number after your last name.
  3. If this is your first time, your Password is password.  You should create a new password using the following formula:  first initial, last initial, @lunch number.  ie. ST@12345  If you have logged in before, use the password you created.
 

Zinc Vocabulary

  1. Log in to your SpringBoard account https://clever.com/in/cobb
  2. Click on Zinc.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Go to the bell shape at the top right next to your name, and click on the number.
  5. Click the Vocabulary Deck that is assigned to you.
  6. Read the directions given on the screen.
  7. Study the words.
  8. Play the games.
  9. Read the articles.
